General

How do you price?
Per project, transparent, quoted on the call. No hourly billing. No surprise change orders.
Where are you based?
Hamburg, Germany. We work remotely with clients across the DACH region and beyond.
Who actually does the work?
Naira leads strategically. The team is a small group of designers and engineers plus a trusted network for specialized work (typography, illustration, video, performance marketing).
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. Mutual NDA at briefing if your project needs it.
What does a typical engagement look like?
A short call to scope. A clear quote. Then the work — within the timeline we agreed. We bill on milestones, not hours.

48h Web Sprint

Can it really be 48 hours?
Yes — for in-scope projects. We lock the scope on the briefing call. Anything beyond is quoted as a follow-up sprint, not a 48-hour delay.
What if I need more time?
We extend. The 48h frame is a forcing function, not a contract. Most brands launch on time; some prefer two sprints back to back.
What about copy?
We help shape direction and can write the launch copy. If you have an in-house writer, even faster.
Can I edit the site later?
Yes. Hand-built code is cleaner than CMS templates. We add an editing setup on request — typically covered by NAIRA Care.
What does it cost?

What happens after launch?
Optional NAIRA Care covers small updates, content changes and feature additions on a low-overhead basis.

Corporate Design

How long does a brand take?
Typically two to four weeks for a full system. Faster if scope is tight; longer if you want extensive applications.
Just a logo, please?
We rarely do logo-only. A logo without a system breaks the first time someone needs a social post. We can scope tight, but we still design a system.
Can you rebrand an existing identity?
Yes. Rebrand or refresh — depending on what the audit shows. Sometimes a sharpening is more honest than a teardown.
Do you do print and packaging?
Print yes, full packaging via Topshelf when it's cannabis. Other packaging on a case-by-case basis.

Social & Marketing

Which channels do you run?
Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn primarily. Meta + Google + TikTok on paid. We pick by audience, not by which platform we like.
Minimum engagement?
Three months for organic to show real signal. Paid can run as a single sprint. Long-term retainers are optional, never locked.
Do you create the content yourselves?
Yes — visuals, copy, motion. We sometimes bring in trusted creators in our network for video-heavy formats.
Can we own the channels later?
Always. Clean handover, documented process, no platform lock-in. You leave with everything we built.

NAIRA Care

Do I have to be on a retainer?
No. Pay per request or pick a small monthly bundle. Cancel anytime, no exit drama.
What if my site wasn't built by you?
We can usually take it on. We'll audit it first and tell you honestly whether the existing code is workable.
Turnaround?
Most small changes ship within 48 hours. Bigger feature additions get a quick estimate first.
Do you do emergency fixes?
Yes — for existing Care clients. Reach us by phone or message, we triage fast.
